Many times, we are asked.. "What's the catch". How can we
build and sell homes so much below other builders! Below is some good info
that will answer many of your questions. Be sure to check out our building
process also. We have a system that we have perfected that allows us to build our homes much quicker than most builders and much more economical. 1. In most cases, a builder will take 6 months to build a home, and another 3 months to sell it. There is a lot of interest that accumulates this way. The interest is passed on to you, the buyer. Our system, we do not do that. We try to have our homes closed as soon as they are built there by eliminating additional cost to you. 2. We are a volume builder and the savings we get from our vendors by doing this volume, is passed on to you. Most builders will do about 5 to 10 houses a year. we are projecting for 2009 50 homes. 3. Most builders, rely on Realtors or 3rd parties to sell their homes, we also deal direct with the customer We only sell direct to customers that have not looked at our homes with a "3rd party". The benefit is straight answers directly from the builder with no "he said-she said".. 4. We also pay attention to how much material we use in the construction of a home. Most builders do not and end up with a lot of wasted material that you pay for. 5. We build a solid home from the basic with no "costly fluff" to the more elegant with lots of "eye candy" . We market our homes to "The Working Class" who want a lot of house "for the buck". |
