using "version 2". 2. We blow our walls with netted insulation to achieve an R15 value and then blow the ceiling with an R 38 value. 3. We use an energy efficient 50 gallon hot water heater insuring that you always have plenty of hot water. 8A. We use an energy efficient "heat pump" that keeps your home nice and warm, while giving you lower utility bills. The technology in today's heat pumps make them much more effective than just a few years back. 8B. We use a seer 14 or a seer 15.5 rated air-conditioning system. helps to keep Utility bills low. 9. We use Delta and Peerless faucets in most of our homes. 10. We offer upgraded kitchens and appliances with all wood construction. 11. Most of our homes will have 10 to 15 windows there by giving you a tremendous amount of natural sunlight. 12. Most of our homes will have a 10 ft high ceiling in the living room, and a 9 ft ceiling in the master bed room. This makes our rooms look much larger in size. 13. 14.
