By dealing direct with the mortgage company and cutting out the middle man (mortgage broker) the Buyer can save $1,000s in Closing costs with the elimination of Broker junk fees and commissions! Closing costs are a normal part of the purchasing process and usually it's the Buyer's responsibility to pay those costs "out of their pocket".
